We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bergen, Norway. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and addressing their concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various online platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
