Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Faroe-Islands. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and negotiate contracts to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor competition and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Biometric passport for international travel
