Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating and executing baking recipes, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for training new employees and enforcing proper food safety and sanitation procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a bakery or related field, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. All nationalities are welcome to apply, but candidates must have their own visa to work in Esbjerg.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery operations
