Job Title: Steel Plant Operator



Our steel production company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled and motivated Blast Furnace Worker to join our team. As a Steel Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in order to produce high-quality steel products.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnaces according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor furnace conditions and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficient production
- Load raw materials into the furnace, including iron ore, coke, and limestone
- Monitor temperature levels and chemical reactions within the furnace
- Remove impurities from molten iron using specialized tools
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions and report any issues to supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on furnaces, such as replacing refractory materials or cleaning out debris
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience working in a blast furnace or steel production environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary: $1300 per month
