Factory Line Worker

As a factory line worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery on a production line in our Eldoret-based factory. Your duties will include monitoring the production process, performing quality checks, and ensuring that the production targets are met. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be physically fit to perform manual labor. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production process on a designated production line
- Perform quality checks at regular intervals to ensure that products meet company standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials properly
- Follow all safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents to management
- Meet daily production targets set by the company
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, occasional overtime may be required based on production demands.

The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
