We are a leading commercial architecture firm in Bergen, Norway and we are currently seeking an experienced and talented Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience managing budgets and schedules

Bonus Skills:
- LEED certification
- Experience working on sustainable or green building projects

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
