Freelance Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in the beautiful city of Funchal. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for our international candidates.
As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and conducting research. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. Experience in customer service or administrative work is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Prepare reports and documents as required
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative work is preferred
