Online Consultant

We are a fast-growing online consulting company based in Braga, seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date advice to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Knowledge of online tools and platforms commonly used in consulting services
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: $1000 per month

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. This is an office-based role; therefore, accommodation will not be provided. However, we welcome candidates with their own visa.
