As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers from all over the world. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online shopping experience.
- Continuously stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in the e-commerce industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of online shopping platforms and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
