We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time Construction Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including budgets, schedules, contracts, permits, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with budgets and schedules
- Valid work permit for Norway (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
