Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Alta, Norway
Salary: $1200 per month


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Alta, Norway. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on construction projects in Norway
- Knowledge of Norwegian building codes and regulations
