Junior Android Developer


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Android Developer to join our growing team in Greenland. As a Junior Android Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android devices. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and fix bugs in existing code
- Optimize application performance for different devices
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kotlin programming language
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with Firebase or other backend services for mobile apps
