We are searching for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns through various online platforms
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding products or services offered
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate departments if needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in products or services offered

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online communication channels such as chat, email, and social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
