Junior Project Manager in Herning, Denmark

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures.
- Prepare reports for management on project status, budget utilization, and any issues or risks that may arise.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of project activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience working as a project coordinator or similar role is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
