Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of building projects in Kolding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review project plans and provide feedback on design concepts, materials, and budget
- Oversee construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
