Computer Systems Analyst - Shan, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Shan, India. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and procedures to improve overall efficiency and functionality. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their technological needs and recommend solutions to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Collaborate with departments to understand their technological needs
- Develop plans for implementing new systems or modifying existing ones
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation and testing of new systems
- Train end-users on how to effectively utilize new systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in computer systems technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems and procedures
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred
