We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Part-Time Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and presenting architectural designs for various projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Create 3D renderings and models to effectively communicate design concepts
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with other team members such as engineers and contractors
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
