We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Ajman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by identifying and pursuing potential clients, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and projections
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel's brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of closing deals
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
