Experienced Waiter/Waitress at Fine Dining Restaurant in Aalborg, Denmark


We are currently seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Aalborg, Denmark. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately to tables
- Provide recommendations on menu items and knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary needs
- Ensure tables are properly set up with clean linens, silverware, glasses, etc.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with opening/closing duties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine pairing and fine dining etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must have valid work visa for Denmark
