Land Surveyor - Al Buraymi, Oman

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and locations of structures and other features on the land. You will use advanced surveying equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map out land areas. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features, and locations of structures on the land
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners to accurately measure and map out land areas
- Analyze data collected from surveys and create maps, reports, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to discuss project requirements
- Ensure that all surveying activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of survey data, calculations, and field notes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
