As a Turner in Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machine tools to produce precision metal parts. This role requires a skilled individual with experience in machining techniques and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper functioning
- Read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to determine work procedures
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure accuracy and identify any malfunctions
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in operating various machine tools such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their use in quality control
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with an expected salary of $900 per week. You will be working in a manufacturing facility with standard working hours. The company provides all necessary safety equipment.
