We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bergen. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and increasing hotel revenue through sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and a valid visa to work in Norway. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Norwegian
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales revenue in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid visa or work permit for Norway (if not a citizen)
