We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bergen. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Previous experience in hotel sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, etc.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to make strategic decisions
- Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
