Senior Architect - Part-time (Aarhus, Denmark)
We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are executed within budget and time constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans
- Oversee the construction process and ensure it meets all regulatory standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and assist them with their development
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. While the role is part-time, you will be required to visit construction sites as needed.
Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1200 per month.
