Moderator (Remote)



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team on a remote basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, forums, and communities to ensure they adhere to our guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise within the community.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Address any conflicts or issues within the community in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement
- Report any violations of guidelines or potential risks to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and other digital communication tools
- Ability to handle challenging situations and diffuse conflicts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Location: This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in Horsens, Denmark. Accommodation can be provided if necessary.

Salary: Starting salary of $1000 per month.
