We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities and properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs as needed
- Installing fixtures, appliances, and equipment as required
- Maintaining and repairing doors, windows, roofs, and other structural components
- Responding to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards
- Keeping inventory of tools and equipment and reporting when supplies need to be replenished

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in a professional setting
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
