Handyman for Property Maintenance in Malindi, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for property maintenance in Malindi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Address any plumbing or electrical issues in a timely manner
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical systems, such as HVAC or water heaters
- Maintain the overall appearance of the properties by keeping them clean and well-maintained
- Communicate with property managers or owners to report any damages or necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on the properties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
