Handyman for Property Maintenance in Malindi, Kenya

We are currently hiring a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in general repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Paint walls and perform minor touch-ups as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Malindi, Kenya (Filipinos preferred)
