Industrial Architect

We are hiring an Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient industrial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Create designs for industrial buildings that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs.
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development and assess construction progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Salary: $1500 per month
