We are currently seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Braga, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for designing and formatting text and images for various print and digital publications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in typesetting who is looking to further their skills and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
-Design and format text and images for various publications, including books, magazines, brochures, and websites
-Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure the layout meets the publication's standards
-Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
-Maintain consistency in font styles and sizes throughout the publication
-Create templates for future projects to expedite production process
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a typesetter or similar role
-Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant software
-Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
-Strong understanding of typography principles
-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
-Flexibility to work on tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Braga, Portugal.

Contract job:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance.

Experience required:
Previous experience as a typesetter or similar role is required.
