As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online platforms and communities to ensure that user-generated content complies with our company's guidelines and standards. Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various online platforms such as forums, social media, and websites.
- Review and moderate content according to company guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone when communicating with users.
- Identify and report any violations of company policies.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to continuously improve guidelines and processes.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken) with good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and their moderation policies.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while dealing with sensitive or controversial topics.
- Prior experience in moderation or customer service is preferred but not required.

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering 1100$ per month.
