Job Title: PHP Developer

We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our team in Svalbard. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic and interactive web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code to fix issues and improve functionality
- Develop and maintain databases to support web applications
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends in PHP development
- Work independently as well as in a team environment to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming language
- Experience with MySQL database design and management
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other web development languages
- Familiarity with responsive design principles for web applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on e-commerce websites or similar projects
- Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks
- Understanding of SEO principles for website development
- Experience working with version control systems such as Git
