Architecture Manager (Contract) - Alta, Norway



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects in Alta, Norway. In this contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, from initial concept to final construction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers in the development and execution of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review project progress and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations in Norway
- Experience using AutoCAD or other design software
