Metal Fabricator



We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Porto. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Your work will play a crucial role in the production of various metal products.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Metal Fabricator
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Physical strength and stamina to work with heavy metals
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, specifications, or sample parts to determine the appropriate materials and methods for fabrication
- Measure, mark, and cut metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, or lasers
- Shape or bend metal pieces using equipment like brakes or presses
- Join metal pieces together through welding or other techniques such as riveting or bolting
- Smooth out rough edges or sharp corners using grinders or files
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments if needed

Work Environment:
This is a full-time job that does not include accommodation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that may require you to stand for long periods of time. The use of personal protective equipment will be required when handling certain materials.
