Senior Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Aalborg. As a Senior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network and systems infrastructure. This role requires excellent technical skills in networking, systems administration, and security protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage server infrastructure including installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to end-users for any network or system-related issues
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure disaster recovery capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology related to networking and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with server operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux
- Knowledge of security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg.
