Data Mining Analyst

As a Data Mining Analyst, you will use your analytical skills and knowledge of data mining techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data. You will be responsible for identifying patterns, trends, and relationships in the data to provide insights and make recommendations for business decisions. Your work will involve using various software tools and programming languages such as Python or R to clean, manipulate, and analyze data from different sources.

Responsibilities:
- Use data mining tools and techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets.
- Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis.
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define objectives and develop analytical solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop algorithms or models to predict future outcomes based on historical data.
- Communicate findings and present insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
- Continuously monitor the accuracy of data and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in using data mining tools such as SQL or Hadoop.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or a related field.
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Apache Spark or Amazon Redshift.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling.

Location: This position is located in Horsens, Denmark. However, we are open to remote work options for candidates located within Europe.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket for our international employees.
