Merchandiser - Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are a fast-growing retail company in Plovdiv, Bulgaria seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and profits. You will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates with prior experience in merchandising and knowledge of the Indian market are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profits
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotions and displays
- Conduct market research to identify new product ideas or trends
- Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Knowledge of the Indian market is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
