Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Sharjah, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position, suitable for male candidates with previous office management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including administrative assistants and receptionists
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budget
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: $1100 per month
