Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, ordering office supplies and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for supervising administrative staff and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, as well as knowledge of MS Office applications. Experience with budgeting and accounting is also preferred.
This position is full time with a salary of 1400$ per month, suitable for men from Egypt or other foreign countries who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, so we require candidates to have their own visa to work in the UAE.
