Project Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with team members to ensure project goals are met within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget
- Coordinate project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify any potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Conduct meetings and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
