Junior Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Svalbard. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to design and plan industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for freshers who have recently graduated from an accredited architecture program.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Assist in creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work within project budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to industrial construction

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$ per month. Salary will be reviewed after the initial probation period.

Location:
This job is based in Svalbard, a unique archipelago known for its stunning natural landscapes. The successful candidate is expected to live in or relocate to Svalbard.
