Data Mining Analyst

The Data Mining Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data in order to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business decisions. They will use various tools and techniques to extract and analyze data, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, as well as experience with statistical analysis and machine learning. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Design and implement data mining processes to extract relevant information from large datasets
- Use statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop reports and visualizations using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data mining or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or similar tools for data extraction and analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
