We are in need of an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and maintaining plaster coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plastering, possess strong knowledge of different plastering techniques, and have the ability to read and follow blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Strong knowledge of different plastering techniques
- Ability to read and follow blueprints accurately

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply plaster coats using trowels or other tools
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage
- Create decorative finishes if needed
- Repair cracks or damage to existing plaster
- Follow all safety regulations while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have own tools
