Industrial Architect
We are a leading architectural firm in Roskilde, seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, and we are open to both male and female candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial facilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
