IT Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining existing ones.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and set up new computer systems
- Maintain existing systems and perform updates as needed
- Communicate technical information to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours when needed
