Senior Architect - Os, Japan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our architectural firm in Os, Japan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction process of various projects. Your main duties will include creating architectural designs, preparing drawings and specifications, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Japan is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Japanese language proficiency is a plus)
