Job Title: Experienced Land Surveyor



We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Greenland. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features for construction, mapmaking, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions
- Identify potential issues or conflicts with land boundaries or structures
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month
