Entry-Level Florist in Monte-Carlo, Monaco

As an entry-level florist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of experienced florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.

No prior experience is required for this role, however, applicants must have a keen interest in floristry and be willing to learn. Training will be provided by our experienced team to help you develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of floral design.

In addition to your passion for flowers, we are also looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. As our clients often require last-minute orders, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

We understand that moving to a new city can be daunting, which is why we are offering accommodation as part of this position. We will also provide visa sponsorship for non-Monegasque nationals. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Your responsibilities as an Entry-Level Florist will include:

- Assisting with the preparation of flowers including trimming stems and arranging them into bouquets
- Packaging and delivering floral arrangements to clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies when needed
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their orders

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Monaco
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of French is an asset
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills
- Must be physically fit as this role may involve lifting and carrying heavy objects
