As a Part-Time Preservation Architect in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design and historical preservation techniques, as well as experience working with local government agencies and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop detailed preservation plans that adhere to local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure preservation plans are carried out effectively
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Work closely with local government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for preservation projects
- Research and source appropriate materials for restoration work
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to preservation standards
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in La-Condamine, Monaco
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements for working in Monaco (preference but not a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in French is preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
