Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Fonvieille is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate measurements of land boundaries and features. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating detailed maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment, including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Measure distances, angles, elevations, and other features of land
- Create detailed maps and reports using survey data
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and identify any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and present survey findings
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and developers on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for map creation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work and have a strong commitment to producing accurate results.
